Worker dispatching Act Amendment The three main points of the bill to revise the worker-dispatching law are: (1) it would set the environment for only worker dispatch companies with good business records to be able to join temporary staffing business, (2) the complicated system under the current law will become easier to understand, and (3) stabilization of employment and support for career advancement of dispatched workers will be enhanced. All of these will lead to improvements in the current system, and I think it will be beneficial to the temporary staffing service providers, the businesses where temporary personnel are dispatched and the workers themselves.
