IOES is mainly engaged in the fundamental and applied researches of OTEC and wave energy conversions. Meanwhile, IOES makes the facility available for many researchers as the cooperative research facility. We aim to encourage more research into ocean power energy by allowing access to the equipment housed at our university and research laboratories by national facilities and organizations. On the other hand, we create an opportunity for academic exchange. Japan-Korea joint young researcher forum for the development of human resources has been held by the collaboration among 4 universities over the last 10 years.   For the next leaps in the research capability and the academic exchange, we are helding  the "Program of International Platform on Ocean Energy for Young Researcher", every year, as follows. We look forward to your application.   Objective : Promotion of research capability and academic exchange.
