"Management" exists in any organization/group and can be said to be required by all nurses.      In recent years, nursing's social environment has changed rapidly due to the declining birthrate and aging population, soaring national medical expenses, and social security costs. A wide range of knowledge and skills are required to solve these problems and provide high-quality and safe nursing services. We would like to make evidence-based proposals regarding the nursing and medical care provision systems necessary to maintain and improve the health of patients and the public. Research / educational activities      Nursing managers are immediately required to address problems that arise in their daily clinical practice. It is necessary to value awareness of problems in clinical practice, understand the situation, and consider from various perspectives. We would like to aim to provide high-quality and safe nursing services by repeating discussions while exchanging opinions with clinical sites.      In addition, we hold joint courses for the purpose of structuring and thinking about what is happening in clinical practice and learning the process of grasping the essence of the phenomenon, and we have set up a place for discussion with the managers and nurses of neighboring hospitals. If you are interested in nursing management or want to find a solution to a clinical question, please consider it together.      Research theme: Research on job satisfaction of nurses, research on bed control, research on medical safety, research on the lifelong development of nurses, etc. Social contributions      We value the issues in the field of nursing management and the "knowledge" of nursing management in excellent clinical practice, and we believe that it is also our important role to support the utilization of that knowledge in practice. In addition to educational activities at the university, I am also active as a messenger nurse. A messenger nurse is a nurse who approaches the essence of nursing by being close to the recuperator and family, and acting as a bridge between the medical recipient and the medical staff.
