Digital trade continues to grow significantly. While this area of continued globalisation offers tremendous opportunities, many challenges also exist - particularly around digital standard setting and rule making. Some argue that this should take place at the WTO level, but if the WTO can’t do it, how do we get it fixed? And what other initiatives could be useful? The AIG Global Trade Series 2022 is a series of podcasts analysing the complex interplay of factors shaping the global trade system.
